FAB-U-LIFE Nutrition Club is now open!!

Hey everyone! So, after a long few weeks of studying for midterms and the opening of FAB-U-LIFE Nutrition Club, I am finally home for Spring Break!

No plans yet, since its going to be cold the next few days. And by cold I mean high of 65! brrrrr.

Anyways, the grand opening of FAB-U-LIFE went amazingly. We have been super busy and we’re spreading the word all over campus. I mean, look at this place! It’s so cool!

36 different flavors! A few of my favorites: Andes Mint, Mom’s French Toast, and Oatmeal Cookie!

FAB-U-LIFE Nutrition Club is definitely one of the best opportunities I’ve ever had. I get to help people, especially college students get healthier and live a better lifestyle. These shakes are amazing. Packed with protein, 20 vitamins and minerals, and each 16 oz serving counts as a full healthy meal! I also get to conduct a full body analysis that measures one’s body fat percentage, muscle mass, water weight, etc, and provide meal plan suggestions for losing, gaining, or maintaining weight! Can you say dream job?!

Today, I made my parents a mint chocolate chip shake (ANDES MINT!) and they absolutely loved it! My dad said it tastes just like an ice cream shake! (I’m sure you’re all familiar with Baskin Robbins 🙂 )

 AMAZING.

BREAKFAST

Whole grain heritage flakes, honey nut cheerios, and low-fat granola with skim milk 🙂

 LUNCH

Peanut Butter & Banana sandwich with carrots, pretzels, and strawberries!

Dinner

The whole family minus Alana and I were out playing tennis tournaments so dinner was on us.

We’ve spent the majority of the weekend catching up on episodes of the Bachelor (I was 5 episodes behind!) so I just threw together a pretty salad that consisted of leftover grilled chicken, feta cheese, carrots, cucumber, dried cherries, slivered almonds and cashews, sweet pickles and pita chips! YUMMM so good. A salad isn’t a GOOD salad unless there are tons of things in it 🙂

 Well, time for the Season Finale of the Bachelor! So excited for this! I’m thinking its Courtney but I definitely think Lindzi is best for him! We’ll see what happens!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a Happy Valentine’s Day 🙂

Mine consisted of baking, lots and lots of baking! First HOMEMADE cookies, then…..

ELLIE”S CHOCOLATE CHIP CHALLAH!

Since I’ve been busy with school, aka Bio, I haven’t had much time to anything but study. Baking served as a nice break 🙂

I used Katie’s recipe for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and did half with chocolate chips and half with raisins. Everyone on my floor LOVED them!

And now for the challah!

 Mmmmm. AMAZING. I had so much fun at JAC last night making challah with a few of my sorority sisters!

As for this past weekend, we had a Valentine’s Day themed Date Dash that was a lot of fun!

Anyways, the next few days/ weeks are gonna be super busy because the FAB-U-LIFE Nutrition Store is opening next week. Crossing my fingers for Wednesday!

I told you all about Herbalife Nutrition a few posts back, and let me just remind you all again that these products are INCREDIBLE. I just got back from a training with the entire group and I am beyond excited!
